Inspired by the Terry Pratchett novels, BBC America has released the first images from The Watch.

Set in the fictional city of Ankh-Morpork, where crime has been legalized, The Watch is a uniquely anarchic drama. The series centers on a group of misfit cops as they rise up from decades of helplessness to save their corrupt city from catastrophe.

Life’s a Drag director, Kate D’Hotman receives The Jury Prize for the 2019 SundanceTV Shorts Competition. Damon Berry and Joe Vaz were also in attendance

Home-grown talent is set to take on SundanceTV, DStv 108, when South African filmmaker Kate D’hotman’s award-winning short film Life’s a Drag airs on 29 September.

The film won The Jury Prize at the 2019 SundanceTV Shorts Competition and was screened at the Picturehouse Central in London.

Cape Town, the gripping six-part mini-series directed by Peter Ladkani and based upon Deon Meyer’s novel, Dead Before Dying, premieres on DSTV on the Universal Channel, (channel 107), on Wednesday 7th September at 8:50pm.

The awesomely fun adventure series from Sky1, Hooten & The Lady is coming to Sky1 this Autumn.
The adventure serial stars Michael Landes as maverick adventurer Hooten and Ophelia Lovibond as, one assumes, The Lady.
I make an appearance in episode 2.
